Profile:
Weston Nurseries is a seasonal business, and every year we modify our staffing to respond to the demand for our plants, products and services. During spring, summer, and autumn, we staff operations to accomplish our seasonal tasks, typically employing about 150 people. By mid-December we enter our slower period, operating with about 12 people through the winter.
